Learning and development consulting
Many businesses do not have specific learning and development departments. I have helped businesses define needs for a department as well as create and implement specific programming such as a leadership training series. My services range from completing a needs analysis, designing, developing, and implementing programs or interventions, and evaluating to determine business results.

Whether it is 3 or 500 participants, learners will walk away with practical skills and knowledge in the areas of interpersonal communication, teamwork, customer service, train the trainer, frontline leadership, and DiSC that they can implement immediately. All of my customized trainings are delivered in an energetic style that focuses on skill and knowledge development. Depending on the group size, learners will engage in the material and have opportunities to practice what they are learning. We will have fun while meeting session objectives and goals!
one on one Sessions
Sometimes clients just need "an outsider" to bounce ideas off of or get help regarding their interpersonal communication or public speaking skills. Previous sessions have included individualized help preparing for a large presentation, working to improve communication skills with teammates, trainer feedback, etc. One on one sessions are customized to the needs of the individual. The sessions are designed around the desired end results.
