There are three areas that projects fall into. They are; Group training, One on one sessions, and T&D Consulting.
No boring lectures here! Whether a small group of 3 or a room of 500, customized group training is a great way for everyone to hear the same message. I strive to provide an enthusiastic presentation where participants can take the information and apply it immediately to their daily lives. Depending on the room size, I add activities to engage participants as they practice what they are learning. The goal of any group training is gaining or enhancing skill and knowledge for the subject we are focusing on. Why not do it in a fun and energetic way!

Sometimes someone just wants to bounce ideas off "an outsider" or needs help on a specific project or goal. I work with many individuals to provide proven techniques and ideas in the area of communication skill enhancement and public speaking. Each session is customized to the needs of the individual with specific objectives and goals laid out before or during our first session.
Many organizations do not have a dedicated Training/Learning and Development (T&D) department. I provide assistance from needs analysis, designing, development, implementation, and evaluation of programming. I can help you develop a structure for an effective department to individual tasks normally associated with Learning and Training such as front-line leadership programming, evaluation techniques, Train the Trainer programs, and opportunity analysis.
